Stretching will help you achieve greater flexibility. You hold each position for only two to three seconds; then you return to the start position and relax. The stretch is repeated several times for optimal results. The benefit of repetition is to increase blood flow oxygen, and nutrition to the muscle tissues. Stretching is the single most important thing you can do to keep your body limber as you age!

TMJ massage is a massage treatment of the mouth, jaws, head, & neck. By applying pressure to the trigger points in the jaw muscles tension is released therefore allowing relief from pain and spasms. This can help to improve range of motion for the face and mouth.
