Frequently Asked Questions

If you are a first time visitor we hope your first experience at our spa is a truly enjoyable one. Our goal is to provide a relaxing environment free of any anxiety you may have about visiting our spa or any spa for the first time. Please feel free to ask any of our staff about our facilities and services. We have also listed answers to some frequently asked questions.

Please alert your therapist if you are: pregnant, have muscle or joint injuries. Any of the above conditions may affect our ability to perform your requested treatment.

During your treatment let your therapist know if you feel any discomfort or would like special attention on a particular area. The best treatments will come from honest communication with your therapist.

Some services are best received fully undressed. However, all treatments can be done while clothed. Should you wish to wear clothing we recommend shorts for men and a bikini swimsuit for women.

Our prices do not include gratuities. All guests should feel no obligation to offer a gratuity if you were unhappy with your service (please let us know if that is the case). Gratuities generally range from 20%-25% of the price of the service. Feel free to provide larger gratuities for exceptional service. Small envelopes are available at the reception desk for all gratuities.

Please arrive at least 30 min. prior to your appointment. This will allow time to check in and enjoy our surroundings in anticipation of your treatment. Our amenities include locker room facilities, showers and quiet area for your use prior to your treatment. It will also ensure a full treatment session.

Policies

Appointments and Cancelations:

All appointments will require reservation with a credit card number and gift card number. We require twenty-four (24) hours notice for any changes or cancellation or 50% of the service will be charged. All no call / no show will result in full charges for any services scheduled. Our therapist reserves your appointment time to serve you and we do turn away other clients when someone has booked a specific time therefore any cancellation less than 24 hours will be charged regardless of circumstance. Thank you for understanding.

Parties:

Any parties of 4 will require a $100 non-refundable deposit, any parties of 6 or more will require a $200 non-refundable deposit that will be applied to total upon check out of party. If services are cancelled the deposit is not refundable.

Late Arrivals:

We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service time and will be responsible for the full service fees. To insure that you receive the full length of your services, we suggest that you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time.


Cell Phones:

To ensure a more relaxing experience, we suggest that all cell phones be turned off or muted during the service.

Attire:

You will receive a robe & slippers to wear between treatments and a locker for your personal belongings.

Payment & Gratuities:

In addition to cash, we also accept Visa, MC, Discover, and American Express cards. Checks are not accepted for payment. All prices subject to change and gratuities are not included (20% is customary and cash is preferred).

Gift Certificates:

Gift certificates may be redeemed for services or products. Please advise us that you have a Gift Certificate when making your appointment. Gift Certificates must be presented at time of appointment and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift Certificates may not be redeemed for cash value. Gift certificates are non-refundable and will expire 1 year from date of purchase..
